Privacy Policy

This page explains how Non GamStop Casinos, published at poetsdirectory.co.uk, handles information about the people who visit us. We have written it in plain English so that every reader can understand what we do and why. This site is strictly for adults — you must be 18 or over to use it.

What We Collect

When you browse our pages, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical details: the type of device and browser you are using, the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the country you are connecting from. None of this identifies you personally. If you choose to get in touch by filling in our contact form or by sending us an email, we also receive whatever name, email address, and message you include in that exchange.

Why We Collect It

Analytics data helps us understand which reviews and guides are genuinely useful so we can improve them. Contact details are used solely to reply to your message. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties, and we never will. Our team uses your data only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to make the site work properly and to gather the anonymous usage statistics described above. You can adjust or switch off cookies at any time through your browser settings — most browsers include a clear guide to doing this in their help section. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the site display, but it will not prevent you from reading our content.

Links to External Casinos

Our reviews and comparison tables contain links to casino operators that sit outside the GamStop self-exclusion scheme and are licensed outside the UK. Once you follow one of those links, you are on a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy. We have no control over how those operators collect or use your data, so please read their privacy notices carefully before you register an account.

How Long We Keep Data

Anonymous analytics data is retained only for as long as it remains useful for improving the site. Any personal information you send us through a contact form or email is kept for no longer than is reasonably necessary to resolve your query, after which it is deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to request a correction if anything is inaccurate, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern about how we handle your information, please use our contact page and our team will respond promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable requirements. When we do, the revised version will appear on this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally so you are always reading the current version.

This site is for users aged 18 and over only. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, free and confidential support is available from GamCare and BeGambleAware.
